Coaching applications, accepted-athlete support and general enquiries have slightly different routes. Choose the option that matches what you need below.
Most common routes
These are the three situations most athletes need help with.
Complete the application first. It gives a much better picture than a short direct message.
ApplyUse the accepted-athlete page for the setup order, introductory month and secure account process.
Accepted athlete stepsUse the admin email if your invitation has not arrived, your login is not working or you are unsure about setup.
Email supportInterested in coaching?
Please use the coaching application before sending a separate direct message. The application gives enough context to assess whether Apex Track Performance is likely to be a good fit.

Contact note
Apex contact routes are for coaching applications, athlete setup, platform access and general enquiries.
Injury, illness or other medical concerns that need assessment should be directed to an appropriate qualified healthcare professional rather than handled through the public coaching contact routes.
