Terms of coaching
How Apex Track Performance coaching works.
These terms explain the basic expectations for using Apex Track Performance, applying for coaching and accessing the private athlete platform.
Last updated: May 2026.
Coaching applications
Apex Track Performance is an invite-only coaching service for committed 400m and 800m athletes. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed to decide whether the coaching setup is suitable.
What the service includes
What the service does not include
If you have pain, injury symptoms, illness or a medical concern, seek advice from an appropriate medical professional. Coaching guidance should not be treated as medical diagnosis or treatment.
Athlete responsibilities
Performance outcomes
Apex Track Performance is designed to support better structure, consistency, monitoring and coach-led progression. Performance improvement cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes depend on many factors, including training history, consistency, recovery, injury status, lifestyle, competition schedule and individual response to training.
Payments and access
Any pricing shown on the website is the current public offer and may change in the future. Athlete access may be paused or removed if coaching is no longer active, if payment arrangements are not maintained, or if the platform is misused.
Athletes under 18
Athletes under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before applying for paid coaching or using the athlete platform. Parent or guardian involvement may be required before coaching access is confirmed.
Platform availability
Reasonable steps are taken to keep the platform available and secure, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues or service provider downtime.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the coaching service and platform develop. The latest version will be shown on this page.
